Material: HT300

Heat treatment: Artificial aging (annealing) for stress relief

Hardness (non-nitrided): HB 170-210. Superior vibration damping and deformation resistance compared with Q355 steel versions

Fixturing layout: 5-sided drilled holes (top surface + four side faces). Ideal for precision sheet metal and compact robotic welding jigs
