Material: HT300
Hole System: D16, Standard Grid 50×50 mm, compatible with standard D16 modular fixtures
Heat treatment: Artificial aging (annealing) for stress relief
Hardness (non-nitrided): HB 170-210. Superior vibration damping and deformation resistance compared with Q355 steel versions
Fixturing layout: 5-sided drilled holes (top surface + four side faces). Ideal for precision sheet metal and compact robotic welding jigs
