A welding workstation brings the table, the tooling and the operator into one position. Built on the D16 (System 16) modular welding table range, this unit integrates three jobs in a single station: welding, assembly and inspection. The tabletop uses the D16 hole pattern – Ø16 mm holes on a 50 mm pitch – and shares the same modular fixture system as our 3D welding tables. Locating pins, clamps, stops and angle brackets mount directly in the holes, so fixtures can be built, changed and re-used without adaptors. A perforated tool panel runs above the tabletop and carries clamps, fixture components and hand tools in an ordered layout within arm's reach, so the tabletop stays clear for the workpiece. The overhead frame can take lighting or additional fixtures, and a lockable drawer under the tabletop holds small parts and accessories. The station reconfigures as your work changes: a welding table with the full surface free, a workbench for cutting, drilling and bench work, or a mobile unit on caster legs. Both leg types are available – standard legs for a fixed installation, caster legs for a movable station. It suits manual welding, fabrication and small-batch assembly, and as the workholding base in cobot and robot welding cells. Supplied as a complete station.
