Our KONOK Square U-Shape Riser Block delivers high strength and reliable stability for on-demand welding table extensions and vertical fixturing. Featuring 5 precision-machined working surfaces, it seamlessly extends support and clamping space, creating flexible fixturing zones for modular welding setups – no need for a larger fixed table.
Key Features
- Available in sizes from 500×400×200mm up to 4000×400×200 mm.
- Joins with connection bolts to create long reach, stable extensions for welding tables or vertical setups.
- 25mm wall thickness delivers excellent stability and high load capacity.
- 100mm grid pitch enables fast, accurate and repeatable alignment.
- Five-sided boreholes plus diagonal hole layout maximize clamping and positioning flexibility.
- Rear mounting holes for support legs are only provided on lengths ≥ 1000mm.
- Optional nitrided surface resists welding spatter, abrasion and corrosion for longer service life.
- Fully compatible with 28mm metric series welding tables.
